What the consultation form does

The form does not submit information to this website or store it in a database. It prepares an email in your own mail application. Nothing reaches Astra Technologies unless you choose to send that email.

When you contact us

Astra Technologies Michał Sawosz is the controller of the personal data contained in your message. We use it to answer your inquiry, take steps you request before a possible contract, conduct business correspondence, and—where necessary—establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual steps, Article 6(1)(c) for legal obligations, and Article 6(1)(f) for correspondence, service security, and claims. Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot answer without enough contact information.

Providers and transfers

Emails are handled through Google services. The public website is intended to be hosted by Vercel. Those providers may process limited account, message, IP-address, device, and technical log data to deliver and secure their services. Where data is processed outside the EEA, the provider’s applicable transfer safeguards are used.

Retention

Inquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting relationship, then for the period reasonably required for legal claims or mandatory record-keeping. Hosting security logs are retained under the hosting provider’s operational policy.

Your rights
